Last month I had three new releases published by Torquere Press.
Ratchet, centered around the characters from the Deviations series, is one of several short stories in this kinky collection of gay erotic tales focusing on handcuffs.
Deviations: Discipline, Book Three in the Deviations Series. In this book, Tobias and Noah's deep love for one another and the precious bond between Master and sub are tested in ways they never could have predicted.
Rough Draft, Paul and Gray, former grad school lovers, rediscover each other and their love for one another through a series of letters.
All three of the above titles were co-authored with Chris Owen.

Coming Soon
Founder. My first gay erotic solo novel centers around a horse barn manager who was raised a cowboy and is used to moving on when he needs to, and a younger hand who shows up at just the wrong time. Though if it really could be love, his timing might be just right. Release date: July 11, 2007, Torquere Press.
Spike. This short, erotic lesbian story describes an encounter between lovers who can't resist the sexual allure of a pair of patent leather, stiletto heels. It will be published as part of a collection of lesbian short stories titled, Sappho's Chest, a Torquere Press Toy Box. Release date: July 18, 2007, Torquere Press.

Latest Reviews
Cheryl, at Joyfully Reviewed, writes:
Gail and Julie are complete, real characters. I think I fell a little bit in love with them. Superbly characterized, they pulled me into their lives. I loved the simplicity and honesty of their tale.
Packed with simmering sensuality, witty humor, and real emotion, For Better or Worse is an exquisite story that I can't recommend enough! Even if you think you don't like lesbian romances, pick up Jodi Payne's For Better or Worse. It will make a believer out of you!

Fun Stuff
Author Rec: This month I'm sending you to visit Elisa Viperas. Elisa is the author of a novel called Prophet, which was released as part of Torquere Press' "Everyday Spectres" line. If you like dark comedies, this one is definitely for you. Elisa's style is engaging and just plain fun to read. Apart from being one of the most prolific and creative writers I know, Apart from my admiration, Elisa gets the spotlight this month because of this quote from her website: "Asking if Jodi Payne can characterize is like asking if Christopher Walken wants more cowbell." Reviews just don't get better than that!
